The city of Brussels will host the international chocolate fair from Friday 10 February to Sunday 12 February. About 130 participants will be expected, including chocolate makers, pastry chefs, pastry chefs, confectioners, designers and chocolate experts.
For this 4th edition on the theme "At the heart of chocolate, the soul of cocoa", the show has planned a large number of activities that can appeal to an audience of all ages. The biggest innovation this year is the cocoa class, a kitchen class attributed to children aged 6 to 12 years. The aim of this initiative is to enable them to discover the origins and secrets of making chocolate while enjoying and having fun. Besides this, cooking classes will be held, demonstrations of live recipes by chefs chocolatier.
The days will be closed by the famous parades of the chocolate dresses that will take place from 5 pm.
